Endoscopic Ureterolithotomy

Endoscopic intracorporeal lithotripsy consists of an instrumental exploration of the urethra and renal pelvis under direct vision by using a rigid ureterorenoscopy which through the use of a pneumatic probe breaks up the stone to allow its extraction or expulsion when reduced to small pieces.
Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
It is a technique used to treat large renal stones performed through a small incision. Depending upon the stone size, the removal can be made by simple extraction or combined with Extracorporeal Lithotripsy. This treatment requires minimum hostitalization.
